In 2022, the Montblanc Patron of Art Edition is dedicated to Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Limited Edition 4810 is a splendid double edition: one pays tribute to Queen Victoria, the other to Prince Consort Albert. The Montblanc Patron of Art Homage to Victoria Limited Edition 4810 celebrates the young Victoria and features a pearl white lacquer body and a translucent mint green lacquer cap with a Victorian motif underneath. The finishes are exclusive gold. The shape of the clip is a tribute to her scepter, while the dark green synthetic gemstone pays homage to her engagement ring. The top of the cap is inspired by the royal crown and is adorned with the Montblanc emblem in fine white resin. The cap ring is engraved with the words “I will be good,” while the cone is decorated with a special engraving. In homage to Victoria’s nickname-“England’s rose”-the handcrafted Au 750 solid gold nib bears the embossing of a rose. With exclusive gold and/or exclusive gold coating, Montblanc describes the bright yellow gold hue that has become a symbol of the Maison’s writing instruments.
