The Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days collection is inspired by Jules Verne’s famous adventure novel Around the World in 80 Days. The LeGrand fountain pen in fine anthracite resin draws inspiration from the second leg of the journey, from Bombay to Yokohama. The clip features a red lacquered ace of diamonds and the cone is engraved with a motif inspired by Princess Auda’s jewels and card suits, . The top of the cap features embossing of the duration of the trip, 25 days from Bombay to Yokohama and 80 days in total. The writing instrument is complemented by a handmade 14K gold nib, decorated with a hot air balloon and the dates 20/10 and 14/11
